Current Rates
Overnight rates include the use of the Center and its fully-equipped commercial kitchen, parking spaces, and outdoor courtyard.
Rates are based on group size and if you are open to sharing the space with others or not:
Single*
If your group is the only group, the cost per night is:
$37/person (up to 38 guests, on bunk beds)
plus $27/person (up to 11 additional guests, on cots)
Shared*
If the WSC is shared, the cost per night is:
$32/person (on bunk beds)
plus $25/person (on cots)
*Group Minimum: 15 people for shared; 20 for single (can be waived at the discretion of the WSC Director)

Reservation Request Form
Finalizing Your Booking
Typically you will receive a response from the WSC Director within 1-2 business days of your inquiry/completed Reservation Form. At that point, if the Center is available, the space will be held for 30 days pending a completed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the final amount due. Once the deposit and contract are in-hand, your space will be reserved. The remaining balance is due on or before the arrival date. Payments may be made online with a credit card or via organizational checks made out to The Washington Seminar Center.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the costs accrued from our administrative tasks, preparation for visits, and the possible loss of revenue while holding reservations, in the event of a cancellation the initial 1/3 balance paid to the Washington Seminar Center is nonrefundable.
