Reserve the Space

We are glad that the space is available on the dates of your trip! Please make sure you have reviewed our information on rates and sharing.
If you are ready to make a reservation, follow these simple steps:
- Call or email our WSC Coordinator, with the following information: the name of your group, the purpose of your visit, the number of people in your party, and the dates for your trip. We will email you a link to the online reservation form and contract.
- Complete the online reservation form. Once we have received your completed form, your reservation will go on the calendar for 30 days.
- Complete the contract, sign, and return it by mail within 1 month along with a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the final amount due. (The balance will be due immediately upon arrival.) Please make your organizational check or money order payable to the Washington Seminar Center. If we receive the contract and deposit within 30 days, then your reservation is secure.
The WSC Coordinator will be in touch throughout the process to assist you in designing your program and making the right connections to service opportunities, speakers, and events.
