Rates

Overnight rates include the use of the center and a fully-equipped co
mercial kitchen along with assistance with programming (e.g. finding speakers and slotting volunteer opportunities).

If your group is the only group using the center, the cost per night is:
•    $35/person (up to 40 guests, on bunk beds)
•   plus $25/person (up to 10 additional guests, on mattresses)

Please note that the minimum charge is for a group size of 15 people.

If your group is 20 or fewer, you may be asked to share the center.

If you are asked to share, the cost per night is:
•    $30/person (on bunk beds)
•    plus $25/person (on mattresses)

Small groups that share the space are no longer subject to the minimum charge of 15 people, and need only pay the actual number of guests in the group.  For groups that are sharing, the remainder of the fees will be adjusted upon arrival according to the number of final group participants.

Please note: If you have reserved the space and a second group asks to share the facility, you will be notified. You are exempted from sharing as long as your group is above 20 members. However, if you decline to share, your minimum charge will be for 20 members.
